This is a key attribute that is present in the game and it has been represented in an article by authors Jin et al, (2017). The article has a clear focus on seeing how communication is necessary for leaders in the workplace and how without it there can be a huge amount of turmoil to be expected. There has been a valid method that has been used in order to come to such a point which is that a survey has for 532 leaders of various organizations. The key finding that integration of communication leadership qualities is a must so that there can be crisis preparedness done beforehand and also communication of the strategy would be effective. This was a globally funded research project that was carried out in 23 countries and has been presented within the University of Georgia hence confirming its validity.

This is an important topic as it will lead to the understanding that it is through effective communication that various solutions can be developed by having clear communications established. It was also learnt form the literature that in order to become an influential leader it is important to harness adequate communication skills.

The article by authors Double and Birney, (2019) has been chosen as it is within this literature that a clear understanding can be found on how confidence affects the performance levels. This literature has been published in a valid journal being Psychonomic Bulletin & Review which reviews the content of articles that are adequate. The data has been received by carrying out experiments in two groups in order to provide various irrelevant tasks in order to keep a check on their confidence levels. This is a key study because it helped to focus on seeing how performance can change the cognitive performance of individuals. Having confidence while conducting any type of activity helps to boost performance levels through which there can be a higher rate of success that can be achieved when the work has been completed. 

This is crucial learning as in the future there will be various situations that I might be faced with hence it is important to not lose my confidence level. Situations can be pitching a new idea or even speaking my idea in large spaces in order to gain attention and feedback upon it. By having a higher level of confidence I would be taking on each task irrespective of how important it is which provides me with higher growth levels. 

In an article provided by authors Ahmady and Shahbazi, (2020) an important aspect of attribute problem solving has been looked at which is to see its impact on critical thinking and decision making. The research has been focused upon looking at how high cognitive skills such a problem-solving can be developed so that quick decision making can be done along with application of critical thinking skills in various situations. The validity of this paper comes out to be that is published by BMC Nursing which an editorial board is hence allowing there to be reviewed and adequate articles accepted. This piece of literature does come in hand as it helps to understand that by training the attribute of problem solving there are other skills which are developed such as effective decision making and creative thinking as well.

This research has helped to show that through the attribute of problem solving I would be able to come up with innovative ideas for situations that are occurring in the market hence also increasing my entrepreneurial aspect. I would be able to showcase innovative ideas by applying critical thinking to the issues that are being faced in the economy 

The concept of diversity has been identified by authors Raewf and Mahmood, (2021) in which the important question of seeing how workplace diversity occurs has been shown. The use of a survey has been done in order to collect data from diverse employees working in the organization to showcase the answers to the question hence showing that the study design was appropriate. The biasness of seeing that diverse employees are being treated wrongly has been proven wrong as it seems that there was not any type of discrimination that was being faced by such a workforce. Also, the paper has been published by the Cihan University hence outlining its validity for the matter. 

The study does add new evidence to my field which is that diversity is not only occurring and lower levels of management but also at a higher levels of management. From this, I need to understand that the managers are the ones who have to devise diversity management strategies in order to make sure that effective collaboration is getting done. 

This game makes me realize my strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, and emotions which are more important than anything else. 

The other skill that I have to improve is my problem-solving skills. While having leadership qualities, this is one of the most important qualities that an individual must have to manage things effectively. Problem-solving skills are the range of techniques while considering a number of options to find positive solutions. As per the analysis of the game, I have identified that I need to think of different solutions and brainstorm the problem. For the same, I will watch some YouTube video tips to solve the problems of my team members. I have identified that adaptability is another element that needs to be developed by an individual for the dynamic environment. As per the analysis, I have identified that to survive in a corporate world an individual has to adopt a dynamic environment. I have analyzed that global citizen which is the part of diversity & different cultures that impact an individual as well as an organizational performance. I have analyzed that diversity is an important sort of element that an individual needs to adjust in the workplace. However, in a group project, people come from diverse backgrounds with different perceptions of the same topic. Sometimes, it may conflict as well (Hesse et al, 2015). With the help of this game, I have analyzed that I need to improve the same while understanding the perspective of others. Collaboration is another element that is one of the biggest factors contributing to the success of any business. I have identified that it is important to improve one's collaboration skills for the team's success as well as for organizational success. The other skill that I have to work upon are a lifelong learner. Nobody is born with a lifelong learner attitude; it has to be inculcated from time to time to increase learning, experiences, and knowledge (Birgili 2015). To improve professional life, it is crucial to work on personal development to have great confidence which can easily bring success in terms of personal as well as organizational goals. Enterprising skills are also important that have been found while analyzing the test diagnostics. It includes creativity, innovation, resourcefulness, and initiative. It has been identified that when an individual takes initiative on their own, it will increase the chances of opportunities, leanings, and experiences. It also motivates other people to do so with the same level of confidence. I have analyzed that this skill helps an individual to motivate other people and to increase their confidence level. I have analyzed that to improve enterprising skills an individual needs to explore e-learning resources and will attend career development events. I will also create my account on LinkedIn to grab freelancing opportunities. This will help me to improve my creative as well as innovative skills.

With the help of Kolb's reflective cycle, I have experienced lots of things and got to know my strengths and weaknesses. I have identified that some important attributes & skill sets have to be improved to get success in the corporate world. With the help of four separate learning styles of Kolb's reflective cycle, I have experienced the same which includes Concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation (Watson et al, 2019). With the help of the first stage, I have experienced things in the corporate world. This stage makes an individual realization of the things that need to be improved and what are strengths & weaknesses. The first learning style is dealing with the organizational and creative approach. I have identified that rather than examining concrete experiences, an individual needs to do things own from various perspectives. This may give learning and experiences that can be improved in another stage. I have analyzed that with the help of test diagnostics, I have understood my weaknesses that need to be improved in another level of the reflective cycle by applying the experiences and leanings. This learning style includes brainstorming ideas and collaborative skills to achieve the targets (Botelho et al, 2016). I have analyzed that working with a group while making collaboration with them is another skill that n individual must have in an organization. The second learning style is related to reflective observation which means reviewing the facts and assessing the experiences as a whole. I have identified that I have not adopted the second learning style which is related to reflective observation. I have analyzed that active experimentation is related to problem-solving skills which I have to be improved as per the analysis of test diagnostics.
