Teacher practices/ classes. Meaning training Them to be qualified as a teacher and teaching them the correct things to teach the kids. We will have a good paying wage for the teachers so it wouldn't be a shortage and everyone would be able to learn.

Step Two

Enforce law no marriage until 21 and no kids until you're 18. This provides the students to be force without any distractions to get far in life ad enjoy life without being stressed.

Step Three

Placing new material for kids to lean and make learning fun instead of sitting in a small classroom listening to your teacher talk. Including new technology, books, and writing pencils as well.

Sanazition will be enforced so there will be no diseases spreaded and everyone will be healthy.
