         <description><![CDATA[<div>Admittedly, I got hung up on the Columbine stuff (I go into that a bit on my Flipgrid). I mostly liked the charts and the process he lays out. I dislike the fact that it's really out of date—the past 11 years have massively changed how we need to approach anaylsis and interpretation.</div>]]></description>
