The depth and warmth each individual presenter brought with their own lived-experience, humor, passion, knowledge sets, and hurdles they’ve overcome.

Less of a valley and more of a suggestion, Key and Michael might consider gathering feedback from participants in this ToT for suggestions about which parts of the content may be most beneficial for them to lead ToT participants through.

Was starting to lose focus during the last 2 modules just because of the time spent on Zoom over the past 2 days.

With 5 minute presentations, couldn't really get to all aspects in the Observation Rubric

I know I did not include BPOC and youth with disabilities, as I intended. I fell back into the previous language about LGBTQIA+ and that was not my intention.

As mentioned, materials in advance would be super helpful.

Maybe consider early to mid-summer or late spring for next year. It's just difficult to go from a full week of work to a full 2 day weekend TOT back into another week of work tomrorow at the start of the school year.
