- Students will develop their interpersonal skills in managing and approaching conflict resolution

We talked about this being important in how students are managing roommate conflicts and helping to mitigate the increase we have seen in conflicts being escalated to the BLTs. 

- Students will explore areas of New York City and get out of the "NYU Bubble" 

We talked about this objective being met primarily through the RA programs, boards, and newsletters. We think a combination of RAs taking residents to programs across the city and sharing events in the city for them to go to together was the best way to approach this objective. 

- Safety in the city

We talked about encouraging students to be aware of their surroundings and sharing best practices to keep themselves safe. We talked about this in the city at large but also especially Washington square park where there have been a lot of incidents recently.
