The RDCSI was founded by Romeo Dallaire. Their mission is to gradually decrease the recruitment of child soldiers. Trained employees work for the organization. Their strategy is to collaborate with other organizations, since teamwork is always more productive than working alone. This makes their strategies very effective. You can help and get involved by making fundraisers and raising awareness, which is how the organization is funded. They also have an online donation directory, where you can donate via PayPal or Visa.

The goal of our organization is to reduce and maybe even stop the use of child soldiers, across the globe. Currently only Mark, Ben and Ryan work for this organization, but we are willing to train volunteers who want to help us reach our goal.
