Mr. Kellerman's behavior has changed since he last spoke with Bobby, because since his mom died the day before he tries to be nice with Bobby because he knows that his mom died too. They are both able to actually communicate with each, and Mr. Kellerman is more understanding, sympathetic, and sincere with Bobby. Also in the text when Bobby made a made mistake with a customer, Mr. Kellerman wouldn't bolt his attention at him and start getting furious, instead he would let him continue working, and not interfere at the end unless it was something majorly important.

Addie thinks that Bobby should give the speech for the student council elections, because he was going to be voting as president and he basically came up with the main idea of the no-name calling or bulling week/party. Addie also thinks that he should share his experiences of being bullied with the school/audience and that why he should be elected and why he is doing all of this and the point and meaning out of it. Even Bobby disagrees to Addie's idea and doesn't want to do it, he ends up doing it anyone and it ends to be one of the best and meaningful speeches throughout the others.

Mr. Kellerman behavior changed since the last time he spoke to Bobby because he now can personally connect to Bobby. As both have lost their mother, Mr. Kellerman now became more sympathetic and understanding. For example, whenever Bobby makes a mistake. Mr. Kellerman isn't as mad and later would pull him aside and ask him if he's ok. Also, Addie think that Bobby should give the speech because he would be the most fitting. Not only did Bobby came up with the idea but he's also able to personally connect and provide a convincing story to win over the audience.

Mr. Kellerman's behavior changed drastically since the last time he spoke with Bobby. He was treating Bobby cruelly before because he was under pressure because his mother was sick and he was afraid if she will die.. He changed because his mother died and he didn't have anymore pressure on him and started thinking about how badly he treated Bobby. Addie thinks that Bobby should give the speech for the student council elections because Addie thinks that Bobby is very persuasive and thinks that her speech is just a bunch of words.
