Honestly I think its what we are doing right now, we have learned that hate from others wont stop and have accepted it along with many other things. Unfortunately, Life and its consequences for living on earth wont change especially when alot of people don't care for pollution, racism, rights, laws, people, etc. Some kind of just take advantage of our way of life is now and we cant do anything about it besides maybe calling the cops and putting them in jail for days, months, years, or even for life.

I believe a society based on hatred would be able to survive, however it would not be easy. It was very unstable and unsustainable in the long run. There has to be positive values to incorporate into the society in order to function, and a society filled with hate will eventually collapse.

Yes, I believe a society based on hatred can survive but there would be many faults. It would be very unstable and unsustainable in the long run and there would only be chaos in the future. But they would survive because society with the same mindset (which they are all brainwashed to have) can be formed together by hatred and a common enemy (which they do have).

I believe a society based on hate could survive, but it wouldn't be very ideal for a society in the long run since it would slowly crumple from the inside like other opposing viewpoints inside the society or even from their very own people. But it would work very well in the beginning since it would give people a reason or make it easier for people to be unified and strive forward to achieve said goal.
