I would work equally when comes to project works. For example, if I am a leader, I assume everyone is a leader so we can work together instead of having a hierarchy in the room.

For leadership, I have always base myself off this quote of "Leaders lead others to be better leaders" Many people take leadership roles solely for the tiltle and prestiege, however good leaders see this more as a responsibility to lead others.

a life lesson is that not everything you do which is unnoticed doesnt count. As long as u know u did it then it works. This applies to leadership, simple simple things can be forms of leadership but go unrecognized. dont give up yalls small wins first

I came across the leadership framework called the pillars of leadership. They include modelling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenge the process, enabling others and encouraging the heart. i find it useful to refer back to them whenever i’m in a position to lead others

i think anyone can be a leader especially in group projects. personally i will always try to be the first one to start the ball rolling and get things going, always taking initiative to start and delegate tasks even though i may not be the leader as i feel that if i want the project to start and to get things done, then i should always be the one to lead by example if possible

For building bonds; the very essence of it is getting to know the other person. That's it! If you are interested in them as a person, just get to know them. If you have this in mind, you'll be able to build bonds from scratch.

As for building bonds, whenever I'm found in a group setting I make it a point to spend time 1-on-1 with everyone at least once. That way, I can sort out the ones that mesh well with me and I will be more successful in building a bond that will be beneficial and fulfilling to both parties.

For leadership, we can take up any opportunity to lead the whole group, make sure that we understand the group's needs and do not cross the border of thinking that you are the boss/overall leader.

I would say that what I have learnt on how to build bonds with friends and families is to be generous with my time, energy and willingness to help. This in return, will also encourage them to do the same for you, building bonds.

for leadership, i think everyone should know that they can be leaders in their own ways. There is no one size fits all type of thing, so like do what you think fits you best. Some may be a quiet leader who make sure no one feels left out while others could be an authoritative type of leader.

One method i believe that is essential in building bonds is to spend quality time with the other party, getting to know them better and building trust.
