         <description><![CDATA[<div>I agree with analyzing students' scores as being my biggest take away from today. As a beginning ESOL teacher, I am learning how important it is for me to not just focus on my instruction with students, but to work on  collaborating with the mainstream classroom teachers. Instead of just handing students' WIDA scores to teachers, I need to meet with teachers and let them interact with students' scores so they can truly understand how to use the scores during their instruction.</div>]]></description>
