Each week when I am done work or over the weekends I find time to take care of myself by relaxing or do some projects from college that I haven’t finished or, there are times I would visit. Most days I do not have energy to do all that so I would just clean a little like do the dishes andb get my laundry done or, call my mom and siblings to calm myself down after a long day. I mostly enjoy the sewing as it relaxes my stress from juggling my life with work and personal life, but I do not have much material to do so, but I would do some beading when I feel like it.

I take a rest on my days off, we have a sewing group making beaver skin parka on Saturday’s which I love going as its healing for me especially with my busy life with school, work and parenting, I love sewing because I don’t have to worry about others things, and I catch up on cleaning and spend my days with my 4 children

Each week after work I go straight home, if there isn’t any chores I sit down on my couch watch some tv with family, after my short rest I will cooking yummy food to feed myself well, after eating I like to sew or do some beading which helps slows time and calms my mind. To end the night I like to take a shower and head to bed to watch movies till I fall asleep.

After work I relax for a bit to catch up on my energy and start the supper for my family to eat together, I so much enjoyed my weekend to myself or to be with family and friends I often visit my friends to do some bored games such as scrabble and Yahtzee and playing with duck of cards. Someday we do some crafts together such as knitting,crocheting or some sewing and eating together, self care is important for all of us so we can take care of others

after a busy week of working and being a student sometimes i just love to relax and watch a movie or being on my phone just relaxing. I always love spending time with my own family, and do some cleaning, i also get to go visit my elderly in-laws and friends on weekends.
