Decoding is not automatic or fluent; limited fluency may affect performance</div><div>- Strategies: Repeated Reading (&amp; repeated readings?), Taped readings, Partner reading: CWPT</div><div>- Repeated Reading: A student rereads a passage several times (3-4) until meeting a criterion level.
