         <description><![CDATA[<div>"We had to write a research paper together and everyone was too busy. Most of the team failed to accommodate for each other schedule and communication wasn’t there. Everyone had their own skills and talents, however social loafing occurred because it was hard to hold people accountable when few checked their messages or met up in person. By the same token, that team didn’t perform too well because we were never on the same page and that led to errors on the report itself."</div>]]></description>
