         <description><![CDATA[<div>Parker: 1- Key policy actors in our policy area:  </div><div><br>Depends on which industry sector or policy problem we are talking about. However it will mostly include businesses, research organisations, Australian government of the day, other government agencies, the media, communities and sometimes a foreign government/business. <br>2-institutions/interests they represent: In principle their own interests but sometimes it could be a win-win or a co-beneficial partnership. Sometimes they are non for profit representing interests of the community.                                   3- How long have they been active in debates on that policy/topic? Long enough to be influential, credible and knowledgable of an issue.</div>]]></description>
