They throw trash wherever they feel like it should be thrown. The other part is I guess mother nature. I’m not really sure what I mean by that but it seems like that there is something that is causing the droughts, flood, etc. I think it's climate change because the whether can change quickly, it goes from being cool in the morning, to hot in the afternoon, to raining in the night, there is this thing that I know it's called a quebrada, it's like a river so when it rains a lot the river starts to get higher and higher to the point where it makes a flood, some are near people’s houses to.
