One windy day, I decided to change my transport to get to my school and I took the MRT as I take the MRT once in a blue moon.Suddenly, it started raining cats and dogs.As I went out of the train,I did not noticed that the lightning struck the MRT train and I felt like a fish out of water.When I reached my destination, I felt butterflies in my stomach a I was going to take a English exam.After school I ran back to my house to take lunch.As I was reaching my flat, some thing caught my eye,it was a new swimming complex near my flat. When I was about to eat my lunch, I felt very hungry so I took the lion's share.After my meal, my mum asked me about my exam. I said it was ok and she knew about the swimming pool and she brought me there and I had a fun day.

One day,Bella and I decided to go shopping at the nearby shopping mall.After seeing eye to eye with each other for our shopping trip,I went to my mother to tell her about the news.My mother said no!I was furious as she would not let me go!I told her that I had passed my exams with flying colours to change her mind and yet she said no.I stormed off into my bedroom and suddenly,I had an idea!I should sneak out of the house when my mother was going out . The plan was set and I sneaked out that afternoon . I had to because this was a once in a blue moon chance to have fun with my friend. After an hour I smelled a rat. Suddenly I saw my mother and I had millions of butterflies in my stomach. I tried to hide my face behind my shopping bag I was too late!I was caught red-handed by my mother!I am so grounded!

That day my exam papers were out.When I looked at my exam paper, I passed it with flying colours. When I was dismissed, it was raining cats and dogs. When I went home,I told my parents that I got very less marks in my exam. They told me "what a cock and a bull story!"

Then I told them my real marks. My parents gave me a KFC meal. They gave me a meal once in a blue moon. Among all of them,they gave me the lion's share. When I was eating they kept on seeing me like the apple of my eye me. That was the best day ever.

I was at Tampines shopping mall shopping with my mother. I was bored to tears when my mother announced that she was going to buy some clothes and shoes for herself. For once,I was at Tampines Shopping Mall shopping with my mother.Once in a blue moon I could go shopping! I bought a new sporty looking swimming costume for myself as my previous one had torn. I was bored to tears when my mother announced that she was going to shop some clothes and shoes for herself. I did not like shopping for clothes with my mother as I had to wait for her to choose what she really wanted as she was a shopaholic. The shopping mall directory suddenly caught my eye;i was over the moon when i saw there was a pool on the rooftop! I had passed my gold swimming test last month with flying colours and it had been a long time since I last swam. So I went to ask my mother whether I could go for a swim. Without much pleading, she agreed readily. I smelt a rat, it was unlike my mother to allow me to go swimming alone. I quickly took my newly bought swimming costume and went into a changing room. In a blink of an eye, I was all set and ran as quick as lightning to the pool. However, when I reached the pool, I realised that it was actually a wading pool for babies. I looked really stupid standing at the pool side with all the parents staring at me, the big ‘baby’!

One sunny day,I took the mrt to go to orchard. I saw a lady tripped. I gave her a helping hand. She was also going to orchard. We went together and she invited me to have a cake and a drink of coffee.We went to this restaurant called "secret recipe", because she said that she only eat there once in a blue moon. She ordered a whole cheesecake. She gave me the lion’s share of the cake.

While we were having our cake, we heard a loud noise outside. When we checked, it was raining cats and dogs. Then she asked me where do I want to go next. I said that I would like to go the the library. Then she said that she see eye to eye with my idea. She asked me why do I have interest in going to the library? I said that I am a bookworm. When we arrived, we quickly grabbed a book and I grabbed a book called ''An Abandoned Hospital''. It said that there are many ghost in the hospital and when you enter the hospital there will be lots of screeching sounds that came from the ghosts. what a cock and bull story it was. And I said that I have to go for a meeting then she said that she will accompany me outside. When we reached outside it was still raining then when we were about to say goodbye we saw a man steal a laptop and the police was chasing him some people blocked his way so that he cannot escape. Finally the police caught him red-handed. After that I said goodbye and that I had a great time and I left for my meeting.
