IAR math data may be stagnate but there are more students in the orange section showing growth in this section. IAR reading is pretty much 50/50 of students being Red in grades 3-5.

Attendance: As teachers, we have a responsibility to communicate the impact of attendance to students/families. Particularly with newcomers, we can work with families to ensure that they have the resources required to get to school everyday.

Based on the data, teams will need to look at pacing and have regular meetings with teams to check-in on progress.

1-I will need to find out, asking families, the reason for the students to be late, and try to help the family find a solution to the problem.

2- I believe that there needs to be a growth mindset. Students need to learn that we might not know something just yet, but as individuals, we can change that with effort and work.

I believe we, as a school, could revamp our drop off procedures. Many parents come late to avoid the traffic jam.

We have some areas of opportunity. The data provides a clear point of reference for teachers and attendance community.

I'd like to take a deeper look at math data and identify ways to meet my students and help bridge the gap during small group and whole group instruction.

I am learning a new math curriculum, but will be open to pilot a new math curriculum.
