Particularly with newcomers, we can work with families to ensure that they have the resources required to get to school everyday.  </p><p><br/></p><p>Based on the data, teams will need to look at pacing and have regular meetings with teams to check-in on progress. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1-I will need to find out, asking families, the reason for the students to be late, and try to help the family find a solution to the problem.</p><p><br/></p><p>2- I believe that there needs to be a growth mindset. The data provides a clear point of reference for teachers and attendance community. </p><p><br/></p><p>I'd like to take a deeper look at math data and identify ways to meet my students and help bridge the gap during small group and whole group instruction. </p><p><br/></p><p>I am learning a new math curriculum, but will be open to pilot a new math curriculum.</p>]]></description>
