2)      To prevent role overload, we should be able to refuse the work that we are not suppose to do. Do not procrastinate and do within the time period. 

3)      When I have loads of assignments to do, and I get stress, I will put aside my assignment and take a nap. Even it is just a short nap but I will feel refresh and ready to do my assignment back after I wake up. Sleeping is always the best medicine when having stress.

2)  The core traits for a leader are achievement drive ( that are high effort, high level of ambition, energy and initiative), leadership motivation ( that is an intense desire to lead others to reach shared goals) and honesty & integrity ( that are trustworthy, reliable and open).

 

3)  country club management is a management that have low concern for production but high concern for people. It needs satisfying relationship to lead to a comfortable, friendly organization atmosphere and work tempo.

 

Middle of the road management is a management that have balance concern for production and people. This is possible through balancing the necessity to get out work with maintaining morale of people at a satisfactory level.

Different people have different definition of words communicated. So, to overcome this problem, use simple words to make people easier to understand the message that we are going to give.

Different people receive the message differently according to their emotions. So, recognize your emotion and Do not communicate until you have calm down.

 

National culture --> watch nonverbal cues

 

Different country have different languages and natural cultures to communicate. Actions speak louder than words. Use body language to communicate.
