9-16-24 , Today I'm gonna talk about my weekend so on Saturday I had dance practice from 11-2 . Then I went home took a shower and got ready . my momma took me out to eat and took me to the mall to get new clothes . on Sunday I had a performance and we battled different dance teams .

In this book I thought it was very interesting. It talked about food we eat and where it came from. In this book it told us a lot about knowledge and food. Also it told how we eat food but we don't know if it's good or bad for us, junk food characterized by high levels of unhealthy fats, sugar, salt, and low essential nutrients. Some junk food might full up some people but its not good to be eating, you need to be aware of how junk food companies market their products, to eat healthy food you'll need to go on a balanced diet, junk food is very high in calories but me personally i think its not really good to eat junk food.
