I need you, however, to keep something in mind during these down times: your personal life (i.e. homework, reading, other jobs) does NOT take priority. I extend the ability to do other things as a courtesy to everyone, but when I see that things are going left undone at the front desk, it prompts me to make changes. Please check this every shift to ensure it looks clean and put together.
* Check the flyer rack (let me know when you need more fliers or get them yourselves from the office during a down moment).
* Put away fliers left at the front desk.
* If you're out of scrap paper, let me know.
* If we're running low on cash balance sheets, registration forms, head waivers, etc, make more during your down time.
* Check the change bag. Need change? Call me.
* Be creative with the display case and improve it.
