Lucas talks about how when you try to get a job you have to build or make a bond with a the interviewer to know what is going to happen when after the interview. He uses two example of two kinds of animals, he uses birds and chimpanzees and he says that the birds learn everything from their parents while chimpanzees learn from their friend or peers and other chimpanzees around them.
