1. Our goal is to deliver the agreed doses in the agreed times with the different countries a contract is made. Also, make and distribute vaccines with great quality.
2. The risks we have involved are not having the infrastructure neccesary to make the doses agreed and delay the manufacture of vaccines.
3. Our organization interdependance is symbiotic because we need to relay on suppliers and distributors to start the process of vaccine making.
4. We decided to approach our symbiotic interdependance by creating strategic alliances with our suppliers and distributors, so we can make sure our demands for inputs are in time for the making of the vaccines.

The main goal as the head of state is to achieve an succeed in the National Vaccination Plan. Also, its quite important to enhance the reputation not only of the country, but of the government. 

The risks that the head of state can face are that there could be a breach of the agreements with the pharmaceutical companies that could make slower and stop the National Vaccination Plan, to achieve fair contracts, data managment, logistics coordination and personal management.

The types of interdependences are both symbiotic and competitive, symbiotic because the Pharmaceuticals are our supplyers of the vaccines and the doctors and nurses are our distribuitors of the vaccines.
and competitive because we are directly compettitng vs others countrys for the vaccines.

1. The goal is to massively vaccinate the country.
2. This goal can be challenging because there is a limited budget, the vaccines aren't produced inside the country, transportation and distribution of vaccines inside the country is complicated, armed groups have stolen some of the vaccines and some vaccines are getting lost because there isn't  the right equipment to preserve them and not all the population wants to get vaccinated.
3. The interdependence involved is symbiotic because there are interdependencies with suppliers and distributers where there are mutual benefits.
4. These relationships can be managed with strategic alliances (more specifically long-term contracts) where the interests of each party and the terms of the relationships are established.

1) Distribute the major amount of vaccines in the least time possible.
2)The main challenge is to coordinate the vaccination programe, with the logistics it requieres. In order to ensure the goal previously mentioned. Nonetheless, there are risks involved in the process, like making mistakes during the vaccination that could harm people, and the possibility that some vaccines get lost or damaged during transport.
3) There's Symbiotic interdependencies with the government, as is the one that provides the doses of the vaccine, and with any other distributor of the vaccines. On the other hand, there's competitive interdependencies with other clinics, regarding the amount of doses each clinic receives. As the distribution it's not the same.
4)  As the clinic doesn't have substantial power in decision making regarding the distribution of the vaccine. The clinic must rely on informal mechanisms, such as reputation. Meaning the clinic has to be perceived by the distributors as having better logistics and vaccination programe.

1. Our goal as a local clinic is to achieve the maximum amount of vaccinated people, according to their capacity, in the shortest period of time possible.
2. The challenges we present are regarding logistics, for example having the appropiate facilities, respecting the social distancing and biosecurity measures during the vaccinations (taking into account many people will gather on order to be vaccinated), having the needed amount of trained staff to put the vaccines, keeping the vaccines in the right conditions.
3. Symbiotic interdependence is involved since there is a relation between the hospital and the suppliers of the vaccines (for example the pharmacies that supply the vaccines to the government and the government distributes them or the ability to buy the doses directly from suppliers).
4. Strategic alliance by developing a network with the government and the different suppliers.
