1) The wave is the same, the only difference is that they occur at different times.
2) The last student heard the sound later than the first student because the wave took longer to reach the last student.
3) Possibly, if the students did not focus on the other students, but only the sound. However, when the students were not watching the other students, they weer not influecned by them claspping, they only focused on the sound to clap to.
4) Velocity is measured in m/s, or distance divided by time, the graph represented distance by time, so the slope measured the velocity of the wave.

1. They were the same
2. It took longer for the sound to travel to the last student clapped later.
3.Yes porque um um they would see the other people clapping and not pay attention to the sound
4. Time is given in m/s so we could compare how much time it took to travel 10 meters.

1. The wave is the same.
2. The sound travelled to each student at a different rate so the so sound reached the last student later then it reached the first student.
3. Yes, because they would have just all tried to clap at the same time and watched when other peoples arms started to move.
4. Because speed = distance/time so the graph of distance by time would give us the speed.

1/2. It takes a longer time for the waves to reach the farthest student so he/she reacts later than the first student.
3. We think that the students would be able to keep in time better because they would be able to see the other students clap and follow suit.
4.

1) The sound wave doesn't change, it just reaches the students at different times.
2) The sound waves reached them later.
3) Yes because they would've seen the others clapping and would've found a happy medium with their ears and eyes.
4) Because Distance/Time = Speed. The distance the sound goes over a certain amount of time calculates the speed.

1- The wave is the same but it takes more time to get to the last person than the first person.
2-He hears the sound later than the others because the distance is farther from the metronome.
3- Yes because what they see is different from what they hear. They would try to be on the same time but the speed of light travels faster than the speed of sound.
4- Yes, Speed=Distance/Time. Velocity is m/s and the slope measured the velocity of the wave.
