Problems faced in securing jobs:

Project based jobs (within the company) has duration. Upon completion of project you might stay jobless until new project come up
Your skills, expertise are out dated. You are not aligned with current/new technology

Last minute withdrawal of once verbally confirmed project funding.
Late funding distribution after approval creating crisis for the originally planned budget allocation schedule of the project.

Getting into the wild(industry)

As a student, or as graduate the only problem we face is are we good enough or are we going in the wrong direction.

Some industries would not hire international students.
Some industries would want us to have insane amount of projects.
There are companies which don't see all the cons but those companies only hire really really good students.
