         <description><![CDATA[<div>I could use more drama in my lessons in the future. I don’t think I have ever used it, and it is usually out of fear that the kids will flip out and not be able to handle it. Of course I need to know my own students before implementing certain strategies, but this is a great one to keep in mind!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that I can incorporate socialization more. By grouping and having students work in pairs I believe this could be more effective rather than making the students work alone. I think this would help the students solidify the information more by talking about the new content with a friend. </div>]]></description>
