In fact, in most cases a higher state of emotional connection is achieved by taking the notes, rhythms, and lyrics personally to one self interpretation. It is fascinating how different people can interpret the same musical piece differently despite that the composer actually made the song with different intents than those individuals. This is not always the case. The concept of "Transmission" is when the composer or artist manages to take their emotions and transmit them to the audience as well the forces that drive them. This means that the audience will be completely immersed into the music because they will understand perfectly how the composer/artist feels or felt at when dealing with the musical piece. The music becomes all imersing and all-consuming, and drowning because what is suppose to be a foreign experience has become the listeners own experience, it has become real. The audience is the artist and the artist is the audience, its a state of truth because its relatable. This form of "Transmission" shows how the artist is debating himself about what if he were to disobey the norm of faithfulness and accidentally fall into his emotion and not be able to get enough of that forbidden love. Adele with her powerful voice and talent manages to evoke these very same nostalgic memories in people because she sings with power at times of grief and fades at times of defeat. These features makes her very trustworthy, relatable, and most importantly believable.
