         <description><![CDATA[<div>Interculturalism navigates notions of national identity by focusing on common values that are derived from all national identities - to form one identity that the population, encompassing people of all different ethnic/cultural backgrounds can derive a shared sense of identity.<br><br>It is believed that with this common understanding and appreciation that everyone belongs to these values, there is a stronger tolerance for the differences in how different groups practice their commitment to these values.</div>]]></description>
