Hello everyoneee! i just want to share kung paano ko nakuha body mass index ko or also known as "BMI". The first step na ginawa ko is kinuha ko yung weight ko in kilograms which is 55kg. After that kinuha ko naman yung height in meters which is 1.65 meters. In solving for BMI you need to divide the weight in kilograms to the square of height in meters. Like this oh guys, 55kg / (1.65m)^2 = 20.20, the result 20.20 is in the category of normal. With that po i can say na mapapadali na maperform ko yung physical activities kasi nasa normal BMI ko. Let's keep our BMI in the right category.

My 1 minute plank journey :-)

Hello guys! Kanina, ginawa ko 'yung fitness test ko. I know na halos lahat sa atin ay hirap na mag-plank nang matagal, pero I just want to share my experience.

Plank is a great workout kasi it focuses on our core muscles therefore, it strengthens our core, it is good for our posture, and it is one of the great workout for weight loss! Also, it improves our muscular strength, muscular endurance, and balance.

Kayo? How was your plank?

Hi klasmeyts! Ginawa ko yung push-up in a minute and 16 ang nagawa ko. For us na lalaki with the age of 17-19 years old, below average pa sya. I though I did well since ngayon na lang ako ulit nag workout at mas onti pa yung nagagawa ko noon.

Kayo ba? Kamusta push-up nyo?

Ang push-up naman ay nappractice as long as continuous itong ginagawa. So let's make sure na lagi tayong magpush-up to strengthen our upper body and it is good for our endurance as well.

Dapat ay lagi nating i-maintain ang healthy and active lifestyle lalo na ngayong pandemic dahil sabi nga ng mga eksperto, "sitting is the new smoking". Kaya pa ano hinihintay nyo? Tara push-up?

Hello sa inyo! Are you done na ba in finding your Waist to Hip Ratio?

Share ko lang guys, I measured my waist to hip ratio earlier. Ang nakuha ko is 0.72, which I found normal naman or merong low health risk based sa table given sa ating module. If you're wondering kung paano nakukuha, just measure your waistline and then divide it to the measurement of your hips, it should be on the larger or widest point, ha!

It is really important to measure or find our WHR since sa paraang ito natin malalaman or ma-e-estimate kung mataas ba ang risk natin na magkaroon ng heart disease. Madali lang naman siya, so better do it now na!

Sa inyo ba? Ano nakuha ninyo?

Hi friends! Alam niyo ba, dati kasi akong athlete, nagtaekwondo ako back in grade 7 and then football ng grade 8-10.. and isa ang trunk flexion sa ginagawa namin during trainings kasi this kind of exercise can help para maging mas flexible tayo--and kung flexible ang katawan natin, it will improve our physical performance.

Tara squat, G?

So ayon nga hello mga tsong! Pero out of all the fitness test na ginawa ko kagabi, pinaka nag- enjoy talaga ako sa squats! Habang natanda kasi tayo, yung mga tendons and muscles natin nagiging less elastic. Astig diba?
