I think this trait is important because in order to accomplish things we must practice the virtue responsibility so that we can also show the best version of ourselves.

- Helpfulness
This trait can lighten people and me because when someone is in need we should help them. Because when the time comes and we need help the blessing/ act of helpfulness will come back to us because of what you did.

- Kindness 
It is important to treat others kindly and of course with respect. As they say, patience is a virtue. I want to be able to develop and show the best version of myself. I can practice this trait/ virtue more because it is important we must learn how to wait not everything we want gets done in one click.

- Understanding 
I think to become a person I must learn to understand others more. Many people have different situations and aren't always the same as ours. So I must learn how to understand others more and be patient with them.

- Collaboration
