         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. 4</p><p>2. 5</p><p>- Getting us to do the Myer Briggs - it was very engaging and helped us see the validity of the test and other issues </p><p>- Perhaps debriefing more about personality and getting student contribution (although it was hard in the little amount of time)</p><p>- I would go through a little more theory before doing the test...OR do the test then ask if students they thought that was consistent with what their personality.  You could also ask students to describe each other although you would have to think about interpersonal aspects of student relationships.</p><p>Overall that was super fun!! </p>]]></description>

It was a good way to discuss strengths and weakness of the test.</p><p>Perhaps a bit more theory, but I guess you were pressed for time so you probably would've done that anyway.</p><p>Maybe students could work in groups after completing the activities and compile a table of strengths and weaknesses on personality tests to extend their knowledge?</p>]]></description>

Also breaks up the period nicely.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.4</p><p>2.5</p><p>I think the 'Simpsons Activity' worked really well as it could be understood through extrapolation.&nbsp;Students would be able to easily understand the content knowledge through this task.</p><p>When looking at the statistics for&nbsp;the Simpsons activity from the United Kingdom you could have included general terms e.g. intellectual around the box. Maybe you could have got the students to stand up so that we compare class results to research results and bring in some Research Methods. </p><p>In terms of modification of the lesson I  understand that there were time constraints and this would have allowed you to move onto activities that would have extended students knowledge</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Simpson's activity was good. I used it in my class, and got students to stand in their 'character' groups to discuss whether they agreed with their characters, and whether they had/did not have similar personalities to each other. That's a suggestion to draw the activity out a bit more.</p><p>I'm not sure that the lesson differentiated students. We all did the same thing.</p><p>Perhaps make the quiz a bit shorter so that there is more time for discussion afterwards</p>]]></description>
