What is the Essence?
An artwork designed by Munkhtulga Battogtokh allowed you to see multiple people from different perspectives depending on thehow you view it. In the display, the idea of technological affordances is strongly present. The exhibition at the science gallery looks at how digital platforms allow us to be both connected and alone. The interactive exhibits and carefully chosen art effectively illustrate how social media, although promoting connection, frequently traps us in reinforcing preexisting notions and attitudes. This highlights the influence that digital media platforms have on our social connections and views and how transformative and limiting they can be.

What does this mean for the future of technology? Is it good or bad?
Well linking back to  Neil Postman's critical analysis, particularly his concerns about the devaluation of meaningful discourse and the distortion of reality within a digital age, echoes the warnings put forth by Ursula Franklin. waterloo (2022)  In her book "The Real World of Technology," Franklin points out the social and ethical issues that tend to be sometimes disregarded in talks about technological advancement. Her narrow perspective—according to which technology is a "Neutral force" that will advance societal values—is what she commits to. Postman, on the contrary, is concerned that an excessive reliance on technology would lead to a loss of intellectual curiosity and a lack of understanding in the field. The potential development of technology, particularly artificial intelligence, worries academics because it could worsen social problems by reducing human connection, increasing inequality, and undermining the integrity of human experiences.

Conclusion
Overall, those who are interested in learning more about both the philosophical and practical implications of technology's influence on human perception and cognition are probably best served by visiting this exhibition. It might lead to open debates about the direction of artificial intelligence and how it will affect various elements of society. In addition, I think the artwork's approach is optimistic and motivating. Encouraging individuals to engage actively with the artwork and consider their role in determining its impact, develops a sense of power and accountability forhowy we connect with and use technology. This approach promotes a more independent and analytical viewpoint and highlights that when utilised with attentiveness and mindfulness, tech may function as a driver for social change.
