I've never been to a foreign country, but I would like to visit and explore Japan, also called the land of cherry blossoms and the rising sun, which is located in Asia and Northeast Asia, next to Korea. The Japanese government has a very special shape and it looks like a sea horse. Japan is one of the countries that used to have the most dangerous natural disasters in the world such as earthquakes, storms, tsunamis, etc. It was like that because it had many volcanoes in its area and some of them were still working to blow the lava out of the mouth of the volcano like the fountain. In the future, I will explore that country when I graduate from the university and have enough money to go there. I would like to go there because I wanna travel and explore the wonderful, beautiful cuisine and culture of that place. Also, I want to visit my favorite comic book authors and badminton player like: F Fuijiko Fuijio, Akira Toriyama, and Kento Momota. I want to visit that country because I want to study their sophisticated technology and sophistication in treating people and eating. Japan is a very wonderful country and I hope I can visit the country in the future.

First of all, we know that bycicle is a very cheap and basic vehicle that everybody have one and ride it everyday as a sport. It can also help to reduce our air pollution in our enviroment because it doesn’t use fossil fuel and release smoke (or carbon dioxide).

It also help us to keep in shape and make us healthy because it is a very good sport and make us thinner.

But nowadays, with the advantage of technology, people now more likely using electrical car or motorcycle and slowly forget bike as a mean of transportation although electrical motorcycle and car need a lot of time and electricity to fill up.

So in my opinion, riding a bycicle is a very recommended sport for everyone.

1. Effects on Our Emotions: Music helps us feel happier and less stressed by boosting dopamine and lowering cortisol. It even supports meditation and therapy. It helps us love our life and be less diseased

3. Effects on Studying and Working Out: Music boosts concentration and memory when studying and can enhance workout performance. I find that music helps me achieve better results.

I used to have asthma disease when I was 7 years old and it was hard to breathe and sleep but because of asthma inhalers, the asthma disease was treated for a short time. In my presentation, there are three main points: Firstly, why I am thankful for asthma inhalers, secondly, the benefits of asthma inhalers, and thirdly, the effects of asthma inhalers.

I am thankful for asthma inhalers because they help prevent the symptoms of asthma like hard breathing, bad sleeping, and a squeezed neck. For example, when I have the symptoms of asthma disease while sleeping, I use asthma inhalers to prevent them. On the other hand, they help me breathe, sleep more easily, and not be tired to do more things effectively. When I was healthier after having asthma disease, I was more comfortable doing the other things. Asthma inhalers help me have a better life, play badminton better, exercise, hang out, and play with family and friends. Because I don't be influenced by asthma disease, I can go to the hotel with my family.

Asthma is a very dangerous disease and killed 455000 deaths in 2019 you should go to the hospital for therapy. Also, we should save people who don't have money for therapy for their asthma disease. This is the end of the presentation. Thank you for your listening
