Analytics are a power tool to use to figure out what causes issues in the performance of others. Learning analytics can help predict learners’ performance, provides learners with a personalized experience, increase the learners’ retention rates, helps improve the quality of ongoing courses, and helps increase cost effectiveness (Pappas, 2021).
