         <description><![CDATA[<div>Producers often work under significant pressure, as there are often demanding schedules and stringent deadlines to adhere to. Often, they will work in trying conditions such as bad weather. Theatre producers will travel with a touring show across the country, while film and television producers will work at one location. Work hours can be long and irregular; weekends, holidays, and evening work is common. For job experience, producers  might start out working in theatrical management offices as business or company managers.
