My milkshake moment is listening to my iPod. I "hire" the music on my device to put me in a better mood whether I am driving or doing work. I cannot go a day without listening to at least one song from my iPod.

I hired my family to help me accomplish my tasks and goals. Without their unconditional love and support I would not be where I am today. We have had the greatest times together and they have help me get through my not so great times.

What "job" do I see my students requiring of me?

I see my students hiring me to believe in them, that they can do what ever they can put their minds to. I am there to support them and supply them with a positive learning environment. A place that they feel welcomed and WANT to go to every day.
