Background - Preschool; 4 years old, Parents recently divorced, and mother has remarried, has a twin brother and older sister.

Student needs - Behavioral Disorder, ADHD, child struggles to focus on the classroom, cannot sit still, has obturates of angry and physically becomes violent.

Hobbies - Playing outside, building Legos and riding his bike.

Learning style - Hands on learner, needs heavy instruction and guidance throughout activities.

Personality - Very energetic, leads with his heart and loves strong, clingy and emotional.

Behavioral Goals - Learning to control his hands and keeping them to himself, understanding the way that he is feeling by expressing and using his words.

Career Goals - Landyn wants to be a farmer when he grows up. Encourage him to keep being outside in nature and let him grow and nourish in his element.

Behavioral Motivation - During class time if student needs, he is allowed a fidget cushion for his chair, if he plays with it there is consequences, and he no longer is allowed to have it. Another alternative would be allowing him to sit in a quiet classroom one -on - one with a teacher during classwork time so he can focus in.

Career motivation - At the end of the week if he has at least one sticker on his chart, by Friday he may bring his tractor for show and tell.

Behavioral - When he starts to feel really angry, getting him to calm down by blowing out his candle in his hands. This teaches him to focus on one thing while taking in deep breaths and blowing them out. Another way can be when he starts to get physical, telling his to put his hands in his pockets that way they can stay there and not on other friends.

Student to Student - Playing with a partner of his choice when all of his work is done. Let him help teach the class with you, letting his use the pointer finger tool and counting along with class this helps engage him and show his friends that if he is respectful and responsible you are rewarded.

PE - If weather is nice, letting class go outside to play a game to be in fresh air. If his behavior is good let him help choose the game of the day, if there is conflict, he will have to sit in the cool down corner until he is ready to play correctly.
