         <description><![CDATA[<div>The essential elements of classroom assessment are that educators should be able to document student learning, including their strengths and weaknesses, to be able to help their students learning, to motivate the students and to guide them through 21st century skills. Educators should not only help their students improve, but they should also try to improve their own instruction and should also provide feedback to parents, such as letting the parents know how their child is doing and what they can do to help (McMillan, 2018). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Standardized tests play a significant role in today's’ education system. Each state has a set of learning standards with curriculum that is expected to be implemented in the classrooms, therefore such standards are the benchmarks when students and teachers are evaluated. I personally don’t agree with standardized testing because even though I might not want to, I’d start “teaching to the test” because the evaluations that are going to be given to me based on the way my students perform, but I’d also “teach to the test” not just because my job depends on it, but I’d also like to prepare my students as much as I can because the tests have important consequences, such as they can determine whether a student can pass to the next grade. Also, I don’t believe standardized tests measure student learning, these tests basically measure how well the student memorizes information.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Standardized tests are informative because it can help the schools figure out what the students are doing well with, in which parts the students may need more help with and it can also help the schools determine what additional resources they may need. Standardized tests can be problematic by the way how they don’t necessarily show what the students are capable of. Some students may not be good at testing, like selecting the right answer on a multiple-choice test but may be able to write an essay about the certain topic.  </div>]]></description>
