When we all came in we waited with our journals out and she told us that we could get extra time to write right now so we all wrote extra when she called some of us to go up and present our writing and Theresa went up and told us about her story about white kids bullying a black kid and it involved the N word but in a good way describing we should be good to black people which made me wonder why there are not any black kids in school. I wore a ugly scarf my mom has and before school to see how I look and I looked hilarious but it was to stick up for people and so we can wear what we want for the school and I went downstairs in the morning to see Dylan cleaning his skateboard and telling me that Uncle Bill has PDST that he remembers moments from the war like a thunderstorm we had yesterday he thought were bombs dropping which made more sense now and I finished reading the book assigned from Miss Marks which was amazing so I put the scarf back on and went to school.
