2 weeks, last 30 minutes of class, practice for performance
1 Rehearsal Day
1 Performance Day
Teacher chooses student attire
Committee makes decorations, programs, Invitation, and flyers.
Music set up…Mr. Cortez will look into getting a sound system
Mr. Cortez will support in the Parents/ crowd control (create a map)
Teachers have to turn in music to committee- Mrs. Chanure
Open up the decorations to the staff

Next Meeting will be Tuesday, November 15 @ 3:45
Invites should be send out the 28th & 29th of November
