I helped create an unique American Identity by presenting the idea that a social contract between the people and rulers would be a good government. This idea was reflected upon to create the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

I helped create an unique American Identity by publishing Spirit of Laws, stating that separation of powers made England’s government the best. This lead to the three branches of government--judicial, executive, and legislative--to equally control to not threaten the rights of the people.

I helped create an unique American Identity by redeeming that Isaac Newton and John Locke’s ideas proved the dependence of people of God,  redemption happened through God’s grace. This lead to the contribution of the Great Awakening.

I helped create an unique American Identity by passing an education law in order to have teachers in each community and have school in some places. This lead to educated colonists to soon be affected by the Enlightenment

I helped create an unique American Identity by organizing colonial resistance against the British. A famous protest was the Boston Tea Party. This was a contributing factor in breaking apart from England.

I helped create an unique American Identity by spreading knowledge using paper. This lead to a spread in ideas using a faster way to distribute text.
