By 2045, people around the world will have respected the differences between human beings such as sexuality, religion, race and gender. As a matter of fact, we will have lived as people who understands that it is okay to have differences and we will have shared life experiences with others before set our minds with this. All of this with the help of all of the communities fighting for our rights, understanding the importance of all voices, as humans, we won't have forgotten about each one that should have the same rights that everyone else. Because at the end of the day, individual experiences will have built a community that shares and cares about everyone, everywhere.

Globalization is making the world more and more connected. People can easily talk, trade, and share ideas. However, as the world becomes more and more global, local cultures are also becoming more and more important. This is called glocalization.

For example, big companies are paying more and more attention to local traditions. Fast food restaurants are adding more and more local dishes to their menus. Movies and music from different countries are becoming more and more popular. This means cultures are not disappearing—they are mixing and growing.

In the future, as globalization gets stronger and stronger, glocalization will also become more and more important. People will need to protect their traditions while also accepting new ideas. The world is not becoming the same everywhere. Instead, it is becoming richer and richer with many different cultures.

Due to this, some countries had been using an strategy to not losing their cultures because The more global brands grow, the less attention is paid to local traditions. So, it is important to preserve and spread the local economy. The more they promote local customs, the more people become aware of their roots.

While Globalization takes over the world and it is more and more dfficult to scape from it (specially from its bad things or disadvantages), Glocalization is trying to recognize cultural elements of countries around the world, because the more people consume foreign products, the more national products are left behind. So that´s why it is important to have globalization and glocalization as a stronger and stronger relation of balance in our actuality.

However, although globalization is a process with great force and influence, countries resort to glocalization to somehow avoid losing the culture that makes each country unique. We see more companies choosing to adapt their products to fit local tastes, this shows that the more global a brand becomes, the more local it needs to act. In this way, glocalization helps preserve traditions while participating in a global economy.

In the future, we might see a world that is less divided and more united, but also more diverse and more inclusive.

Once upon a time there was a gay man who was shocked because of the discrimination people who had different sexual preferences lived. He hardly thought that treating someone in a bad way just because of that was a real mistake a person could make. He wanted to be recognized for his job regarding respect and love, so he worked so hard for the others and he started being considered as a person who loved everyone.

He used to have confrontations with people who admited being harassed or threatened because of sexual preferences. He argued that everyone deserves to be accepted as part of this world, and people need to be taught about the importance of respect and love.

The Story of Gabby: A Voice for Change.

Gabby was a young girl from a small town who dreamed of becoming a teacher. But being accepted into school was made difficult because of her indigenous context. She was often judged for wearing her traditional clothes and speaking her native language. Being treated unfairly became a daily experience.

Despite this, she never gave up. She wrote some poems about justice started being shared online, and soon, her voice was being heard by people around the world. She was invited to speak at events, where her words were remembered for inspiring hope. Gabby's story shows that even in the face of hate, dreams deserve to be followed and voices deserve to be heard.

Her strength led to more children being encouraged to be proud of who they are. Discrimination still exists, but because of people like Gabby, change is being made.

It is 2045, and I am here in this stage writting that seems like a movie. In 2025, the world seemed to have encouraged the diversity and the histories about those people that suffering the discrimation and the slavery for a long long time ago. Some people said that by the time the world reaches perfection people will have stopped to critizice those other that are differents, today we can not say that, it have not happened. I said, by the time people reaches perfection, we will have learned the lesson of not harming each other again, we have already suffered much pain in the past, but today I can see our world we have gone back many years, and that is very sad. I only could say that we can not lost the faith, I just could dream  by the time we will have changed, we will have lost a lot of our humanity. We can not expect much more time, it is the time to reach the perfection.

Globalization and Glocalization have been two economic strategies that over time transformed the world and the way countries do commerce. Nowadays, globalization is getting stronger and stronger because many countries interact and use this method to sustain their economy, in fact, the more they participate in the globalization strategy, the more money they can get. On the other hand, Glocalization is a tool for brands to get new audiences and potential clients, we can see that the more companies get interested in their audience, the more selling opportunities they will have. 

By the year 2045, society will have transformed how it values diversity. Years of activism and new laws will have erased gender gaps. Most countries will have required equal numbers of women and nonbinary leaders in governments and companies, while transparent salary systems will have ended unfair pay. Movies and shows, once full of stereotypes, will have shifted focus—streaming platforms will have reserved 30% of their content for stories by Black, Indigenous, and refugee creators, making their voices central.

Due to this rebel action Rosa parks was arrested by the police for not respecting the ideas that society in that moment had.

Now, Rosa Park is remembered as a strong fighter.
