How to make it:Slice the potatoes 1/2 inch thick.
Soak them cold in water for at least an hour or overnight.
After that your going to rinse them with cold water twice and pat them to dry.
After that your going to heat the oil to 300 degrees  and then you going to fry them until they look  cooked and yellow.
After frying the fries your going to put them on a paper towel and sprinkle them with salt...enjoy! -hakim
