I would not want to eliminate the textbook (as suggested) because it contains great examples and problems for students to do. I feel that if I tried to put these assignments on google classroom, I'd just be rewriting the textbook! I can check on the students and see what they are doing in real time. When the printer breaks down, I have no fear because I can simply upload the assignment and they can still complete it. It also makes it easier to grade, I simply have to go to the assignment folder.
