Organic foods are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, antibiotics or growth hormones. They are generally considered as safe to consume as conventionally grown foods. Some research has revealed higher levels of antioxidants, such as vitamin C, in organic produce. Antioxidants help your body fend off and heal from infections, disease and damage caused by toxins called free radicals. Determining the differences is difficult, because nutrient content of produce often depends on the soil in which the plants are grown.

There is a difference between good fats and bad fats. Some make you put on more weight than others. An website called "Eating Well" showed a study. They said "Frank Hu, M.D., chair of the department of nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and his team examined 20-plus years of data from more than 120,000 women and men, looking specifically at how changes in the types of fat that people ate affected their weight. They found that when people increased saturated and trans fats in their diets, they were more likely to put on pounds, while upping intake of unsaturated fats had no such connection—and was even linked to weight loss."
http://www.eatingwell.com/article/291865/does-eating-fat-make-you-fat/

Before we answer the question, we have to answer this: what is "fat"? Most people attribute it to excess calories stored on your chest, but there are many types of fats - but the main problems are saturated and trans fats. Saturated fats and trans fats both increase the amount of HDL(high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol inside of your blood and decrease the amount of LDL(low-density-lipoprotein) cholesterol in your blood. While LDL cholesterol clogs arteries and veins, HDL cholesterol helps remove other forms of cholesterol from your blood. However, unsaturated fats are also good for you, helping boost your HDL cholesterol, reducing your risk for heart disease and keeping you healthy. So what actually causes weight gain? Most weight gain is attributed to not if you eat fat, but how much fat you consume. One gram of fat contains 9 calories, while carbs and proteins contain 4 calories per gram. This means that if you ate an equivalent amount of protein and fat, you would get more calories from fat than protein, meaning that it isn't about eating fat or not - it's about the amount of fat that you eat.

However that is where the similarities end. During storage or the time sitting on the shelf, fresh produce can lose more than half of its vitamins, and other nutrients. However during the frozen packaging process, many frozen produce can lose some of its vitamins like A and E.

Artificial and natural sweeteners are often used as substitutes for sugar. Artificial sweeteners are substances that are chemically made to be like sugar, such as aspartame, saccharin, and sucralose. These sweeteners can be incredibly sweeter than normal sugar, and are used in products like "sugar free" soda. On the other hand, natural sweeteners are sweet, can be found in nature, but aren't sugar, such as honey and maple syrup. Our bodies can only digest sugar and natural sweeteners and use their calories, but the artificial sweeteners do not give us any calories, so we should generally avoid artificial sweeteners.
https://www.gundersenhealth.org/health-wellness/eat/the-inside-scoop-on-sugar-substitutes/

The short answer to this question is that this is false, as the skin and pulp of many fruits contain nutrients and dietary fiber, which is good for you. The long answer to this is that fruit juice usually contains more sugars than fruit, since insulin response was higher after consuming orange juice than oranges. Insulin is a hormone that eats up sugar to regulate blood sugar, and the more of them that are there the higher risk of diabetes there is, so fruit juice has a higher chance of causing diabetes than fruit, making fruit healthier than fruit juice.

https://wtamu.edu/~cbaird/sq/2013/12/02/is-fruit-juice-healthier-than-whole-fruit/
