So... it's come to this, you're leaving me, and for your family no less!!

We've laughed, we've cried, been through weddings and babies, broken bones, cancer, and the list goes on... and in between we built a brand new District together.

You have done an amazing job in making our District and Business Support Team what it is today, and I'm so proud of all of your accomplishments. Your passion for your team and endless endeavors to provide us with the tools to succeed is no small feat.

While you and I both know RH will go on, it won't be the same without you... you have left your mark on this company, and it is a fantastic legacy that you have given us.
