         <description><![CDATA[<div>This paper by Rodger W. Bybee has been a valuable article to read as it explains the different levels of inquiry that can be found in the classroom. The element of inquiry has been a big change from the old Junior Certificate to the new Junior Cycle Science Specification. This paper has got me to ask myself 'How can I encourage active thinking in the classroom. I have come to realize that what I do with my students can easily be derived from a question, enabling students to begin thinking. Inquiry based learning can seem daunting, but this is not the case. It can be done effectively by simply getting students to come up with a hypothesis and deriving their own method for experimental purposes. </div>]]></description>
