Negasonic is wearing yellow and black in the fight scene. Yellow is a positive colour and suggests happiness. So she would be wearing yellow to show she is on deadpool's side. In the first scene we don't actually know whats happened to him. It then goes on to show us who he is before what happens to him , him meeting vanessa, finding he has cancer. Before we actually see him being tortured. Another flashback is used when we see him in the laundrette and he see a blind lady. The recruiter that comes to deadpool there is someone who can get rid of his cancer is the ' false hero' because he makes it seem as though he is trying to help deadpool and save him from dying of cancer. When really he is encouraging him to be involved with Ajax who is really going to take advantage and torture him.
Vanessa is another example of a propp character as she is 'the princess'. This is because she is the one who needs to be rescued. Also because she is one of the reasons deadpool wants to desperately be reversed so he can be reunited with his girlfriend. Another binary opposite in this film is colossus and Angel dust. This is because they are both extremely strong characters one being on deadpools side which is colossus and Angel dust being on Ajax's side. An example of when enigma is used is when we are wondering what deadpool  looks like under his mask.Later in the film we see him being tortured and are question is answered and we see what his face is like under the mask. 
Another example of enigma is will deadpool be reunited with Vanessa at the end of the film. We get the answer to our question at the scrapyard fight scene when he saves her from ajax and she figures out why he left. 
Deadpool desperately wants what was done to him to be reversed. So as the audience we are thinking will it get reversed and will he go back to normal.Then in the scrap yard fight Ajax explains there is no way to reverse what was done.
