Array helped me understand how to make effective PPTs and also provided a platform to better my speaking skills. I also got to meet Chris, which was an amazing bonus.

Being a part of the logistics team, I helped in ensuring that the right permissions and roles were given to people during the event and also assisted my senior counterparts in whatever they required. From gaining experience in logistics to understanding perspectives and ideas of others, I harvested immense knowledge from this opportunity and looking forward to amass more confidence and chances as a leader, perhaps a better human as well!..... And yes,
I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and in fact, it is my mantra to accept chances which come my way as these are like portals to success.

Expressing my Gratitude to the LSDP - Jonathan John Thomas

While availing the various platforms provided by the Learning Skills Development Programme, I have gained invaluable experience in event planning and management. Moreover, it has boosted my confidence while proposing ideas, preparing action plans, and delivering it to a wider audience. My work with the various modules inside the programme, from being a volunteer during the first phase of cascading to the students, to leading a team in the S4S Program and working in the organising committees of several events, has taught me that great testimonies arise from the great unknown, and the first steps of faith are crucial in the journey of excellence. Most importantly, I will always be grateful to my school and Ms. Bindu ManojKumar for giving the students of Our Own a chance to present ideas they have harboured in their hearts, and make them come to life. By the grace of God, I am immensely grateful to have taken part in laying the foundations of this programme, and I hope to see the future students of our school thriving in its benefits and relishing its gifts.

Part Of A Bigger Picture

It was of a great pleasure and learning experience to be part of the LSDP Array team, and if it weren't for a learning experience in any situation, is leaving a blooming harvest untouched and unharvested, which is nought of this case.

Being part of the team has further enhanced my realization of how effective a great team can be in creating, running, and pulling off an event of greater scales, It leads to the experience of learning to become a greater leader by helping create other leaders. For me the learning experience from being part of the team has lead to learning the value of iteration while designing an invite for the event, Constant changes suggested by the team, and feedback, even if it were the smallest of changes was still part of a bigger picture leading to an enhancement of any solution to a challenge, The first draft is not your final draft, reiteration leads to finding out mistakes, even the tiniest of mistakes, and almost all of the time, more time spent on something is directly proportional to the ideas you come up with,

It is said in cinematography, a cut or an edit unnoticed is the best cut or edit, yet Zack Synder's Justice League contradicted the whole principle by filming a movie in square rather than the 16:19 widescreen aspect ratio, Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk had hardly more than 50 Lines of dialogue the entire film, yet if they were to change it back to the ordinary it will remove the whole value of uniqueness it possesses. A whole puzzle can be ruined by a single missing piece, yet the leaning tower is famous for its imperfections, and the value learnt is not that perfection is key, it is that of having your unique touch to a piece of anything you have a solution to. And overall being part of this team, is a learning experience and like all learning experiences, only with time will you truly eventually learn the value of the experience...

I joined the LSDP a little more than 6 months ago, in these months I have done things I never thought was able to.
“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly.”
The learning skills development programme has taught me how to be a leader, and I have much more to learn. I will always be grateful to the programme.

This initiative is truly one of a kind. A place where I can grow as an individual, student, speaker, leader, listener, writer and over all a global citizen. It has taught me the various challenges that come up when organising an event, the fallecies that I must fix, the way I must collaborate with team nembers and much more. I will always be grateful to the team and LSDP as a whole for letting me have such wonderful opportunities.

LSDP Helped mould me and made me see the leader in me, And helped me bring the leader in me out into the world.
LSDP helped me on many fronts, I have become more efficient with my work , I have gained the ability to lead, I can manage multiple tasks at a time now too all thanks to LSDP, LSDP array really helped me become more efficient with my work, and also has shown me the sheer vastness of the learning skills development program.

GRATITUDE TOWARDS LSDP

LSDP itself is a program that can evolve a normal individual to a leader and it is truly remarkable and makes people more productive and better I also gained knowledge on how to act upon a large group so we can get the program going on and there is a great sync between each one of them, and i fell there is much more to learn for me from the LSDP programme.
