The United Nations have been clear about how climate change is "the defining issue of our time and we are at a defining moment." A report on the Global Climate 2020 researched the indicators of the climate system, including the rise of sea level, increased land, and ocean temperatures just to name a few. Due to the pandemic, activities to conserve ecosystems and biodiversity have been restricted resulting in an increase in illegal waste-dumping, hunting, and logging. 

Access to climate change adaption (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) programs was made difficult by COVID-19 due to personnel changes and competing priorities. The evidence of climate change dates back to 1896 and is still evident today, amidst the pandemic where air pollution can hold a significant effect on the spread of the virus, we need to take immediate action to this problem that has been plaguing our planet.

In this documentary, we reached out to individuals for their input. From a city LGU employee, a resident, and an environmental group leader. They had their stance on different questions and contributed their knowledge. Realized that even here in Mindanao, we are confronted with ecological concerns.
