Pro: lack of doctors and teachers-lower the living standard.
sol: invest more for the facilities as well as provide more benefits for doc&tea.

Problem:
- Poorer countries might not have enough manpower in terms of education and medicine.
- Increase the illness rate
- (and uneducated people in poorer areas)
Solution:
- Governments should provide a higher remunerate and other benefits for this two professionals.
- Improve infrastructure and develop their facilities in order to meet the demands of doctors and teachers

Problems:
-) lack of human resources for hospitals and schools in the country -> patients have no one to treat (especially in the context of Covid 19), students cannot study with good teachers

-)leading to stagnation in domestic economic development because of the lack of professionals

Solutions:
-)Goverments should increase wages for occupations in demand for advanced degrees
-)Build more luxurious workplaces for people to work

ex: normal people: 6-8h bc have enough ppl_ work from 10-12h.
- shortage of skilled: low-quality services, education, health conditions.
ex: the skilled leave, most of the unpro stay
=> all lead to the mindset of wanting to leave the poor, bad conditions areas/ not improving
